Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to handle all billing and invoicing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or commerce and will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our construction products. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage customer invoices based on sales and delivery. Verify and match purchase orders, delivery challans, and goods received. Maintain billing records and ensure data accuracy in the system. Coordinate with sales, inventory, and accounts teams. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer queries. Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable billing regulations. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in billing, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other billing/accounting software. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
